Why this pathway
Meeting notes, competing requests and repeated updates can obscure what a project needs. Learn the business analysis and project management practices needed to structure that information, clarify requirements and responsibilities, and support delivery. Apply AI within those practices to improve how you analyse, document and communicate the work.
Work you can build
Practise converting workshop notes into reviewed requirements, creating process maps, developing a business case or organising project work in Jira. Explore workflows that connect meeting actions to project updates and documentation. These are example applications; confirmed projects appear in the curriculum.
